Metal Etching制程废气由气体变固体时，产生生成物的累积，造成Exhaust Piping阻塞及增加PM loading，如何改善？

对策1）：加装Heating Jacket，避免废气冷凝。

对策2）：气体管路增加Hot N2 system。
